The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. For delivery outside the UK, you will be responsible for obtaining all necessary licences and complying with all applicable legislation and regulations in relation to the export of goods from the UK and the importation into your destination country. You will also be responsible for the payment of any applicable import duties and taxes but we may be able to advise you as to the likely costs.
Any additional delivery costs will be charged directly from our shipping agent on a Cash on Demand basis. This includes waste removal and any inside installation.
The Wrong Shop aims to ship goods that are kept in stock within 5 working days. Lead times for goods that are made to order or goods involving bespoke framing may vary from 5 to 30 days for editions, and 30 to 90 days for furniture depending on the nature of the order. We will inform you of our estimate as to when the goods are anticipated to be delivered to you.
If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods.
Every reasonable effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, given that all
our goods are made specifically to order, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
You will become the owner of the goods you ordered once we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges. You will be responsible for risk of loss of or damage to the goods from the time of delivery.
