           Only 24 monkeys are still looking for a home. Drawn spontaneously in Indian ink on the edge of a Kyoto forest, each one carries its own personality. Some friendly, some anxious, some unbothered, some wise. Pierre watched them emerge from the trees every morning during his 2012 residency at Villa Kujoyama, and drew the entire series three days before flying home to Paris.

           Editions of 75. Four monkeys. Two already gone. The clock is ticking on saving the rest.
