Wrong Shop pop-up at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche
Extended due to popular demand: our edit of best-selling works at the iconic Paris department store
We head to Paris to take temporary residence at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche to showcase our best-selling posters and select edition prints from our contemporary creatives. The pop-up, set within the home and living section of the iconic department store, is now on until the end of February 2024.
We will display and sell pieces from Wrong Shop luminaries such as Nathalie Du Pasquier, Pierre Charpin, Jaime Hayon, Rop van Mierlo and Richard Woods, along side brand new work from Ronan Bouroullec.
As part of the exhibition, we organised a special book signing event with the renowned French designer and artist Ronan Bouroullec, on the release of a new publication, Ronan Bouroullec: Day After Day, published by Phaidon Press on Saturday 2 December (4.30 – 6pm).
Wrong Shop joins a long history of artist exhibitions taking place at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche. Art has been at the heart of the legendary department store since 1875, when the visionary founders Aristide and Marguerite Boucicaut first began exhibiting the work of artists, painters and sculptors. Today, it is a permanent venue for exhibitions of established and emerging artists from France and beyond, and is considered one of the focal points of the Parisian art circuit.
